system-steward

system-steward is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from whiteguo233/OpenBiliClaw. It costs 24 tokens per session (499 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A system-administration skill for viewing and changing content subscriptions and application settings. It requires the user to approve each change before it is made.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to list subscription sources, inspect configuration, add or enable or disable sources, and update settings after user approval.
Why use it?
It prevents unapproved changes to feeds or configuration and makes each change and its effect explicit. Read-only status checks do not require approval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00499
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00200
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00100
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00050

Security

Grade A, and why

system-steward scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

  • list_sources:列出全部订阅源及其状态
  • get_config:读取当前配置(只读)
  • create_source:新增订阅源(写操作)
  • toggle_source:启用/停用订阅源(写操作)
  • update_config:修改配置项(写操作)

  2. 参数明确后立即调用 create_source / toggle_source / update_config 提交审批。
  4. 读取操作(list_sources / get_config)不受限,可以随时用来回答"现在是什么状态"。

公开资料:search_web 查网页并返回来源;read_webpage 阅读用户提供或搜索得到的公开链接。

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
