Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.00518
Opus 5 $0.00028 $0.00259
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00104
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

growth-lab scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Growth Lab

Use this skill after positioning and MVP scope are clear. Growth Lab turns product context into messaging, acquisition plans, SEO opportunities, content ideas, and conversion-focused copy.

Do not use this skill to validate whether the idea should exist. Use validation-lab first when demand, ICP, or pain are unclear.

Primary Outputs

Use This Skill For

  • Landing page copy.
  • SEO strategy.
  • Content strategy.
  • Ads angles.
  • TikTok and short-form scripts.
  • Email copy.
  • Launch messaging.
  • Acquisition experiments.

Do Not Use This Skill For

  • PRD generation.
  • Architecture review.
  • Code implementation.
  • Launch operations checklist.
  • UX audit of a built interface.

Default Workflow

  1. Read PRD, validation report, and positioning.
  2. Extract ICP, pain, outcome, differentiation, proof, and objections.
  3. Write landing page structure and copy.
  4. Build SEO keyword clusters by intent.
  5. Create content plan for the first 30 days.
  6. Draft launch and email messaging if requested.
  7. Define conversion metrics.

Mobile Payment Copy Guardrail

For iOS/Android apps that sell digital goods, premium features, credits, paid AI usage, or subscriptions consumed in the app, do not write in-app copy that steers users to Stripe, PayPal, Midtrans, Xendit, or web checkout unless a documented App Store / Google Play policy exception applies.

Use platform-compliant language such as "Subscribe in the app", "Start free trial", or "Unlock premium" when the purchase should happen through Apple IAP or Google Play Billing. If web checkout is part of the strategy, label it as a web-only flow and require policy review before using it in mobile app copy.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
