Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00188 $0.04660
Opus 5 $0.00094 $0.02330
Sonnet 5 $0.00038 $0.00932
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00466

Security

Grade A, and why

araki-character-sheet scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

ARAKI CHARACTER SHEET

The Methodology Behind JoJo's Unforgettable Characters

90+ Fields • 18 Sections • One Complete Human Being

Author: Hirohiko Araki (template) / Claude Code (skill adaptation) | Version: 1.0.0 | Date: 2026-01-19 | Confidence: verified

Phenomenology: The experience of using this template is one of progressive revelation. Each section illuminates aspects you hadn't considered. The character emerges not from invention but from discovery, as if they already existed and you're uncovering them. The accumulation of specificity creates universality — by knowing their surgeries, you access their vulnerability; by naming their fears, you touch universal human experience. By the time you reach Section R (The Uncanny), you're not describing a character but meeting a person.

OVERVIEW

Hirohiko Araki, creator of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, developed this comprehensive character sheet to create some of manga's most memorable characters—from Jonathan Joestar to Giorno Giovanna, from Dio Brando to Jolyne Cujoh. The template's power lies in its commitment to accumulated specificity: rather than asking "what is their personality?", it asks "what surgeries have they had?", "who do they hate?", "are they attuned to spirits?"

Core Principle: Characters become real through accumulated specificity. The template doesn't invent—it uncovers. Each field is a lens that reveals another facet of someone who already exists in latent form.

Why it works:

  • Embodied grounding: Physical details (scars, birthmarks, posture) anchor abstract traits
  • Contradiction mining: Seemingly trivial details create productive tensions (a violent person who loves delicate tea ceremonies)
  • Mythic dimension: Section R (The Uncanny) opens space for supernatural elements without losing human core
  • Phenomenological design: Building from lived experience rather than abstraction

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
