Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00067 | $0.00500 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00200 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00100 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00050 |
Grade A, and why
study-note-linker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
WPS Study Note Linker 2.0
Follow the shared workflow in ../wps-learning-workflow.md.
Inputs
Output
A structured WPS-ready
What this skill should produce
top related notesrelation typewhy it matters nowrecommended reading ordersuggested backlink sentencewhat this note still lacks
WPS-first rules
Quality rules
- 明确区分 prerequisite、same topic extension、contrast、example、revision companion。
This skill should prioritize note relationship building, not selective recall for immediate writing or study tasks.
Do not use when

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

study-note-linker is a skill published in the GitHub repository wpsnote/wpsnote-skills (183 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 67 tokens to every session and 500 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

promentor
A tool that turns a software project into a hands-on course in the style of an MIT course. It can produce lessons, code walkthroughs, practical labs, behavior tests, grading, explanations, and AI reviews.
learn
Learn a source together with the user and record only what they understood as a new page in this Scraps wiki. Explains the source with a diagram anchored on the pages the wiki already has, checks comprehension with questions, then writes one page from the points that passed; when understanding is not reached, nothing…
teach-zh
A teaching workflow for helping a user learn a subject over multiple sessions. It stores the learner’s goals, reference material, lessons, notes, and learning records in the current workspace.
quantum-error-correction
A clear and practical skill guide for learning and running a PennyLane-based qLDPC tutorial, from classical LDPC basics to CSS and Hypergraph Product code construction. Skill-first for covered code generation, runnable examples, execution, debugging, validation, and fixed workflows.
grilling
Grill the user relentlessly about a plan, decision, or idea. Use when the user wants to stress-test their thinking, or uses any 'grill' trigger phrases.
growth-log
Use after a complex task, failure, or when reviewing what was learned. Teaches how to write growth logs that extract reusable patterns — not diary entries.
