Agentic Plugin Marketplace is a collection of reusable plugins, agents, skills, commands, and rules for coding-agent tools including Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity CLI, and GitHub Copilot. It is for developers assembling agentic workflows across multiple harnesses from shared Markdown sources, and the catalogue entries are examples or subsets of those workflow components.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00103 | $0.00416 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00051 | $0.00208 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00021 | $0.00083 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00042 |
Grade A, and why
context-driven-development scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says
Context-Driven Development
Guide for implementing and maintaining context as a managed artifact alongside code, enabling consistent AI interactions and team alignment through structured project documentation.
When to Use This Skill
- Setting up new projects with Conductor
- Understanding the relationship between context artifacts
- Maintaining consistency across AI-assisted development sessions
- Onboarding team members to an existing Conductor project
- Deciding when to update context documents
- Managing greenfield vs brownfield project contexts
Detailed patterns and worked examples
Detailed pattern documentation lives in references/details.md. Read that file when the navigation tier above is insufficient.
Best Practices
- Read context first: Always read relevant artifacts before starting work
- Small updates: Make incremental context changes, not massive rewrites
- Link decisions: Reference context when making implementation choices
- Version context: Commit context changes alongside code changes
- Review context: Include context artifact reviews in code reviews
- Validate regularly: Run context validation checklist before major work
- Communicate changes: Notify team when context artifacts change significantly
- Preserve history: Use git to track context evolution over time
- Question staleness: If context feels wrong, investigate and update
- Keep it actionable: Every context item should inform a decision or behavior
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

context-driven-development is a skill published in the GitHub repository wshobson/agents (39,461 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 103 tokens to every session and 416 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
Other skills, from other repositories
Google Calendar
View, create, update, and delete Google Calendar events. Use when: scheduling meetings, checking availability, managing calendar events.
create-milestone
Create a GitHub milestone for an upcoming release. Suggests the next version based on the latest release, gathers all merged PRs and closed issues since that release, presents a draft with two tables (Issues and PRs) for user approval, then creates the milestone and assigns all approved items.
returns-policy
Answer return, refund, and warranty questions for electronics. Use when the user mentions returns, refunds, RMAs, warranty coverage, damaged items, or opened packaging.
03_task2
Extracts action items and pending tasks from Slack messages. Use when: reviewing unread messages for todos, finding deadlines or requests directed at the user, or producing a task summary from recent Slack activity.
hr-talent
HR and talent management expertise for talent acquisition, performance management, compensation strategy, organizational design, culture building, succession planning, and D&I programs. Use when hiring, managing performance, designing organizations, or building culture.
github-fix-issue
Analyze and fix GitHub issues in the current repository, including issue research, scoped implementation, and testing. Use when the user asks to fix, investigate, or work on a GitHub issue by number or URL. Create branches, commits, pushes, or pull requests only when the user explicitly requests those delivery actions.
