What is create-vault?

A tool that turns a folder of documents or an existing SQLite table into an Ampi-ready searchable SQLite vault. It supports files such as Markdown, text, Word documents, and SQLite data.

Use it to build a document search source with keyword search, and optionally sparse semantic search, for Ampi. It helps prepare the data and search settings used by Ampi vault-search tools.

It prepares documents for consistent searching instead of leaving each file to be handled separately. It also creates the search contract and manifest that Ampi tools need.
