Create a ChatCCC Feishu App
Use the logged-in Feishu developer console to create and completely configure a ChatCCC bot app. Treat this repository's README as the authoritative source for permissions and required capabilities. When imitation is requested, use the existing app named exactly lowercase chatccc only as a template for presentation, subscriptions, and release settings.
1. Establish the target and authorization
