bluue-ui-design

bluue-ui-design is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from xiaomaolu/bluue-ai-skills. It costs 111 tokens per session (3,918 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for designing, building, revising, or checking product interfaces. It uses existing screens or design files as references, preserves required content and behaviour, and checks the result as it appears on screen.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for Figma-based work, new or revised product screens, visual cleanup, content replacement within an interface, and rendered UI checks.
Why use it?
It helps prevent unnecessary changes, confusing layouts, repeated wording, and interface elements that only look interactive. It also keeps visual decisions tied to the product and its existing design system.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00111 $0.03918
Opus 5 $0.00056 $0.01959
Sonnet 5 $0.00022 $0.00784
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00392

Security

Grade A, and why

bluue-ui-design scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Bluue UI Design

Create product UI that is restrained, context-aware, faithful to the supplied material, genuinely interactive, and visibly verified.

The governing principle is:

Understand the product and existing system first. Change only what the task authorizes, preserve essential information, remove redundant interface explanation, implement real behavior, and judge completion in the rendered interface.

Classify the Task

Before changing anything, determine which mode applies. A task may combine modes, but do not silently expand one mode into another.

  1. Reference implementation: Figma, screenshot, existing page, or a specifically named component is the authority.
  2. Visual refinement: Preserve product meaning, required content, structure, and behavior; improve visual presentation and remove redundant interface explanation when authorized.
  3. Content replacement: Preserve layout, components, interaction, and visual language; replace only the requested copy, assets, or product content.
  4. New UI design: Establish a new visual direction only when no existing system or controlling reference applies.

Identify the authoritative reference, the existing design system, the allowed scope of change, the target language, required interactions, and desktop/mobile targets. If these can be inferred safely from the supplied project, inspect the project and proceed. Ask only when a missing choice would materially change the result.

Non-Negotiable Rules

Preserve scope, content, and context

  • Reuse the existing components, layout logic, typography, spacing, visual language, assets, and interaction patterns whenever they exist.
  • Make the requested change without redesigning unrelated areas.
  • Keep real business content, user-created content, decision-critical details, warnings, and workflow instructions intact unless the user explicitly authorizes changing them.
  • Minimize non-essential descriptive UI copy. Remove repeated headings, subtitles that restate the title, obvious helper text, decorative labels, and explanations already communicated by structure, icons, or state.
  • Do not confuse concise UI with missing information. If removing text could change meaning, reduce confidence, or make an unfamiliar action ambiguous, keep it or request authorization.
  • When asked to replace content, do not restructure the page unless the new content cannot function within the existing structure; explain that conflict before broadening the change.
  • Do not invent product capabilities, assets, UI states, or claims and present them as implemented facts.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
