创建或编辑
- 明确最终文件名、署名、单位、日期、公开范围和是否需要目录、参考文献及附录。
- 使用当前平台可靠的 Word 或 OpenXML 工具创建、编辑
.docx。不要把文本改扩展名冒充 Word。 - 标题、正文、图表题注和参考文献使用样式管理，避免逐段手工设置造成不一致。
- 多级标题使用自动编号。目录基于内置标题层级生成。图、表和题注使用连续编号，正文先引用后出现。
- 表格使用可编辑表格，设置列宽、重复表头和跨页规则。图片保持比例并提供清楚题注。
- 不把聊天说明、提示词、审校记录或占位文字留在正式稿中。
字体与中英文
中文标题和各级标题使用黑体，中文正文使用宋体。英文、数字和西文标点使用 Times New Roman。字体设置应同时覆盖东亚字体和西文字体，不能只设置界面上显示的一个名称。
验证
生成后必须完成两类检查：
- 文件检查：确认
.docx可以打开，内部结构有效，文本、图片和关系文件没有损坏。 - 视觉检查：使用 Word、LibreOffice 或等价渲染器导出 PDF 或逐页图片，检查所有页面。
视觉检查重点包括空白页、孤立标题、表格溢出或拆行、图片拉伸、文字截断、字体替换、目录页码、页眉页脚、题注、交叉引用和最终页的留白。
发现问题后修正并重新渲染。没有实际完成验证时，不得声称文件可以直接提交。应列明未验证项目及其影响。
内容边界
- 只排版经过主 Skill 确认的内容，不新增研究事实、数字、活动、引语或文献。
- 不从图片中的模糊数字猜测表格内容。
- 不为了版面整齐删改关键限定语或改变统计口径。
- 用户材料含个人信息时，按公开范围决定是否匿名或删除。
交付
正式交付目录只保留命名清楚的最终 .docx，以及用户明确要求的 PDF。临时渲染图、解包文件、调试稿和中间版本放入单独检查目录，不与成品混放。
