agent-fleet

agent-fleet is a skill for Claude Code from yan-labs/yan-skills. It costs 169 tokens per session (5,028 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A local command-line tool that delegates repetitive sub-tasks to configured third-party AI models such as DeepSeek, Kimi, or a Gemini-compatible service. It can run those tasks locally with access to files and shell commands, using the API keys you provide.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for batch translation, format conversion, transcription, routine research summaries, brainstorming, or small repeated file edits. Avoid it for deep architectural decisions, sensitive or untrusted directories, and projects with complex rules unless you have reviewed the risks.
Why use it?
It reduces the need for the main AI model to spend context and tokens on large batches of simple work. It also lets independent tasks use different models or run concurrently, while requiring care because delegated agents have broad permissions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00169 $0.05028
Opus 5.5 $0.00068 $0.02011
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00034 $0.01006
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00503

Security

Grade A, and why

agent-fleet scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Codex GPT-6.1 Sol fleet-go new fix --to gpt --auth local --goal "修复问题" --body task.md 网关 gpt-sol → Grok
claude Claude 月度额度任务;默认 sonnet fleet-go new check --to claude --tier haiku --goal "复核报告" --body task.md code → 网关 gpt-sol → Grok → Gemini(仅文本)
grok 视频与图片(生成、搜索)、X 平台(热点与实时讨论)、编码、检索调研、成人题材 fleet-go new trend --to grok --goal "整理 X 热点" --body task.md Claude 顺位下一档 Gemini(仅文本)
gemini 文案、翻译、摘要、批量机械任务(--bulk) fleet-go new copy --to gemini --goal "写页面文案" --body task.md —
jev 分类、选择、打分等结构化判断 fleet-go new decide --to jev --goal "按正文判据分类" --body task.md —

fleet team / fleet-go team

派单前必读 每次用 /agent-fleet 派单前、每次 Codex 任务完成后,主线程先跑 node ~/Project/kcsx/macmini/yan-skills/agent-fleet/bin/fleet-archive-sweep.mjs,定期扫掉漏归档线程。只归档 originator=agent_fleet 且已结束、闲置至少 10 分钟的线程;可 --dry-run,可用 thread/unarchive 回滚。 、fleet-go relaunch <name> 或 fleet <子命令> brief.md ...,工具参数 run_in_background: true(可重定向到输出文件)。 &)、> /dev/null 2>&1 &、nohup、setsid、disown、... & sleep、fleet ...
