siyuan-mcp-organize-safety

siyuan-mcp-organize-safety is a skill for Codex from yangtaihong59/siyuan-plugins-mcp-sisyphus. It costs 48 tokens per session (257 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A safety and organization guide for SiYuan MCP, covering tags, flashcards, timeline snapshots, permissions, system information, and troubleshooting. It treats SiYuan as a note-taking system whose data and access settings can be changed.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create tags or flashcards, inspect or restore timeline states, manage notebook permissions, check system details, and troubleshoot SiYuan safely.
Why use it?
It separates harmless diagnosis from actions that can delete, move, roll back, or expose data. It also requires confirmation before risky changes and respects notebook permission levels.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00048 $0.00257
Opus 5 $0.00024 $0.00129
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00051
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00026

Measured 12d ago against content hash 7ef699844ab6, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

siyuan-mcp-organize-safety scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Organize SiYuan Safely

Create tags by writing #tag# in Markdown. Create cards through flashcard actions so riff registration and block metadata stay consistent. For timelines, resolve and read the document, list nodes, keep the returned tag, and compare before rollback.

Treat a diagnostic or read request as non-authorization to mutate. State the exact target and consequence, then obtain approval before deletion, move, removal, rollback, permission change, workspace-path disclosure, or sync side effects. Respect rwd, rw, r, and none notebook permissions and never bypass a disabled action.

For detailed workflows, read skill://siyuan-mcp-tag-flashcard/SKILL.md, skill://siyuan-mcp-timeline/SKILL.md, and skill://siyuan-mcp-system-safety/SKILL.md. If the experimental Skills extension is disabled, use the matching stable siyuan://skills/{name} resources instead.

Files

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
