Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00043 | $0.01222 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00611 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00009 | $0.00244 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00122 |
Grade A, and why
oura-api-skill scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 83 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Oura API Skill
This skill documents how to use oura-mcp (a Model Context Protocol server for Oura Ring API v2).
Setup
Run npx @yasuakiomokawa/oura-mcp configure once to set up OAuth credentials. After that, MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor) can call the tools below.
Tools
oura_authenticate— re-authenticate via browser (after refresh_token expiry).oura_auth_status— check token state.oura_clear_auth— wipe stored tokens.oura_api_get— generic GET, e.g.path: "/v2/usercollection/daily_sleep". Usemax_pagesfor large time-series.oura_api_list_paths— see all available endpoints.
Date conventions
- Daily endpoints (
/daily_*):start_date/end_dateinYYYY-MM-DD. Default to last 7 days when user is vague. - Time-series (
heartrate):start_datetime/end_datetimein ISO 8601 UTC, e.g.2026-05-01T00:00:00Z. - Time-of-day phrases (「朝」「夜」 etc.) are user-local. When the prompt is Japanese, assume JST (UTC+9) for the conversion to UTC unless the user states otherwise; otherwise infer from
personal-infoor ask. - Natural-language phrases (treat as inclusive of today unless user contradicts):
- 「先週」「last week」 → last 7 days ending today
- 「今週」「this week」 → Monday of this week → today
- 「先月」「last month」 → previous calendar month (1st → last day)
- 「今月」「this month」 → 1st of this month → today
- 「Nヶ月」「last N months」 → last N×30 days ending today (treat as approximate, not calendar-exact)
- These phrase-resolved windows count as explicit user intent — recipes that say "honor user's explicit range" must use the resolved window, not their own default.
- Recipe-level windows override the vague-default (last 7 days). If a recipe specifies a window (e.g., 14 days for diagnostic, 90 days for personal-best mining) AND the user did not give a phrase, follow the recipe.
Pagination
Most endpoints return { data: [...], next_token: "..." | null }. By default oura_api_get fetches one page. Pass max_pages: N (1-20) for auto-follow, or pass params: { next_token: "..." } manually.
What ships with it
25 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

oura-api-skill is a skill published in the GitHub repository YasuakiOmokawa/oura-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 29d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 43 tokens to every session and 1,222 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
