Oh My Claude Code is a multi-agent orchestration system for Claude Code, coordinating specialized agents, commands, skills, hooks, and workflows. It is designed for developers who want Claude Code to handle coding tasks through coordinated agent roles. Catalogue entries are components of its Claude Code workflow, including agents, commands, skills, hooks, instructions, MCP configuration, and a plugin.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00032 | $0.00948 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00379 |

Grade A, and why
session-flow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Session Flow
Build a compact, evidence-backed map of how this conversation actually unfolded so the user can reorient after switching sessions or compacting. This is an advisory summary, not a planner, executor, or replacement for the user's task list.
Modes
- No argument: render the full map and reconcile its session-flow Tasks when native Task tools are available.
short: return only the goal, current stage, and what (if anything) needs the user. Read-only; do not change Tasks.reset: discover and delete only Tasks owned by this skill, then confirm what was removed. Do not render a new map.
Workflow
- Reconstruct the flow from this conversation's user messages and tool results. Do not treat repository state alone as evidence that a stage happened. Separate the original goal from explicit goal changes, pivots, completed outcomes, dropped paths, and decisions still waiting on the user.
- Make 4–8 meaningful stages when the history supports them; use fewer rather than padding sparse histories or inventing work. Use one outcome per stage:
✅completed with an outcome supported by the conversation▶the current unfinished stage○an explicitly planned but unstarted stage✂dropped, with the stated reason↪a pivot, with the old direction and the evidenced new direction
- Give every stage one compact evidence pointer. Use a real URL or artifact path when one appears in the conversation; otherwise cite a distinctive short user quote or tool result. Never invent a link or state an inference as fact. Mark uncertain or pre-compaction reconstruction as
inferred. - Keep the full map to at most 15 lines: one line per stage, plus concise goal,
Needs you, andNextlines. Include open decisions inNeeds you; saynonewhen there are none.Nextmust be a concrete next action only when the conversation supports one. - In the default and
resetmodes, callTaskListand inspect every[S<number>]candidate withTaskGetbefore mutating it. A Task belongs to this skill only when its subject starts with[S<number>]and its description contains the exact marker linesession-flow: managed stage. Never edit, complete, delete, or reuse an unmarked Task. - In the default mode, update owned Tasks that still represent a stage, create missing stages with
TaskCreate, a subject beginning[S<number>], and a description whose first line is the ownership marker followed by stage evidence. Match statuses to the map: completed (including dropped or pivoted) iscompleted, current isin_progress, and planned ispending. Delete owned Tasks for stages no longer in the reconstructed map withTaskUpdatestatusdeleted; keep surviving stage numbers stable and avoid collisions with unowned Tasks. - The OMC continuation hook excludes Tasks with both the
[S<number>]subject prefix and the exact ownership marker, so these descriptive records are not treated as unfinished work. Preserve both markers on every create or update.shortmust not call mutating Task tools. - For
reset, discover owned Tasks withTaskListandTaskGet, then useTaskUpdatestatusdeletedonly on confirmed owned Tasks. - If the native Task tools are unavailable, render the map without claiming it was persisted. For
reset, report that owned Tasks could not be inspected or removed; do not guess which Tasks belong to the skill.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

session-flow is a skill published in the GitHub repository Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode (39,940 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 32 tokens to every session and 948 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
