Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00029 | $0.00887 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00443 |

Grade A, and why
design-architecture scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 42 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Design Architecture
Create the simplest coherent target architecture that satisfies the supplied story within the existing system's constraints. Treat the story as immutable product scope, use the current-state analysis and repository as evidence, and write a complete architecture artifact at the requested path so downstream program design can proceed without choosing a different system shape.
Artifact Contract
Cover the following knowledge in the form that best fits the system and story:
- Architecture basis and drivers: Identify the story, target system boundary, current-state analysis, material repository constraints and engineering guidance, and story-relevant quality drivers. Distinguish immutable story requirements, evidence-backed repository facts, and proposed design choices. State the simplest mental model of the intended end state.
- Target system model and change strategy: Define the target responsibilities, ownership boundaries, relationships, dependency direction, and placement within the existing architecture. Explain what remains, changes, moves, is introduced, or is removed. Connect the target elements to relevant existing modules or extension seams where that makes the design retrievable and concrete.
- Architecturally significant behavior: Explain the major runtime, data, and state flows needed to understand the design. Include success, failure, asynchronous execution, configuration, persistence, and external-boundary scenarios when they materially shape the architecture. Use only the views that help a fresh agent reason about the target system.
- Consequential decisions and tradeoffs: Record decisions that shape responsibilities, boundaries, ownership, dependencies, compatibility, significant quality attributes, or construction strategy. Preserve their drivers, recommendation, consequences, and credible rejected alternatives when alternatives illuminate the choice. Converge on one recommended architecture rather than passing architectural branches downstream.
- Story-to-architecture trace: Account for every acceptance criterion, constraint, and distinct promised outcome. Connect each to its target owner, participating elements, relevant flow or decision, and any detail deliberately left to program design. Keep this trace easy to find and audit.
- Transition, risks, and assumptions: When the design changes a public interface, persisted representation, external integration, or deployment boundary, settle the intended compatibility and transition policy. State assumptions and risks that could invalidate the architecture, their consequences, and how downstream work can verify them.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

design-architecture is a skill published in the GitHub repository YourTechBud/coding-harness-config (5 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 29 tokens to every session and 887 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
