What is business-model?

A framework for describing how a business creates, delivers, and earns value across nine areas, such as customers, partners, activities, costs, and income.

Use it to document a new business idea, explain how an existing business works, or analyze its customers, operations, costs, and revenue.

It puts the main parts of a business model in one view, making assumptions and gaps easier to examine.
