What is release-notes?

A release-note drafting tool that summarizes pull requests merged since the project’s last version tag. Release notes tell users what changed in a software release.

Use it to collect recent merged pull requests, group them as features, fixes, or maintenance work, and draft changelog entries.

It avoids manually checking merged changes and organizing them into a consistent changelog format.
