Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00060 | $0.01000 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00400 |

Grade A, and why
triage-ci scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 69 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Triage connecta CI
Read the gate
Read AGENTS.md's verification policy for CI jobs, the aggregate gate and advisory workflows. Inspect the newest head's run; ci.yml is the executable definition.
build has static and package matrix legs; node has shards 1 and 2.
Inspect every leg. check requires all seven job results and uses the Actions
jobs API for the current run to require exactly one completed success in each
expected matrix leg's latest attempt, including when only failures are rerun. Missing, duplicated, cancelled, failed or skipped
legs fail even if GitHub rolls the matrix up as success. An API/auth failure
also fails closed after its rereads, and the step prints each job's state; only the gate receives actions: read. Run pnpm run check:node-shards for missing/duplicate membership;
vitest list --shard is not a membership check on Vitest 5.0.4.
Start with gh pr checks <pr>, then gh run view <run-id> --log-failed.
Known failure shapes
- Visual mismatch. The
visualproject fails on the first attempt; a retry would repeat the same pixels. Download the artifact (gh run download <run-id> --name playwright-report) and compare the*-actual.png,*-expected.pngand*-diff.pngfiles. Intentional changes need new baselines from the Operator snapshots workflow (documentation/operator-tests.md). - Chromium install. CI, publishing and operator snapshots share
.github/actions/install-chromium/action.yml.
The browser cache uses the frozen lockfile's installed Playwright version;
cache hits skip the browser download, but always install OS dependencies.
Each dependency attempt first runs scripts/ci-settle-apt.sh
with a 90 s process wait and a 120 s overall bound, then gives
playwright install-deps chromium180 s. Both run under root-ownedtimeoutso privileged apt children cannot survive the timeout. Browser downloads have a separate 120 s bound. Each install retries once; timeout escalates to SIGKILL after 15 s. apt uses three acquisition retries, 30 s network timeouts and a 60 s dpkg lock timeout. The helper switches the hosted runner's Azure HTTP Ubuntu mirror to Ubuntu's HTTPS archive. Keep the index refresh: observed failures spent minutes downloading font packages, whileapt-get updatefinished in seconds. Inspect the named sub-step before rerunning the job (gh run rerun <run-id> --failed). - Load-induced timeouts (#692).
Request-admission deadlines, QuickJS executor tests,
drift-check, and some provider budget tests hit 5 s timeouts on a busy runner or a shared machine. Rerun the file in isolation before believing it:pnpm exec vitest run --project node test/<file>.test.ts -t "<title>" --maxWorkers=1. Report the flake with the isolated pass. Distinguish the deadline being asserted from a runner hang guard: static scans, type checking and real child processes need explicit generous test budgets. When a case proves another contract, give incidental request/admission deadlines headroom or inject the failure after dispatch. Keep deadline assertions deterministic with a controllable clock when supported; do not relax correctness or performance assertions to hide a failure. - pnpm audit. A new upstream advisory fails
auditandcheckon every PR and main push. The nightly run also audits main without a new commit. Fix it in its own PR that moves the dependency, then rebase; publishing stays blocked until audit passes.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

triage-ci is a skill published in the GitHub repository zackbart/connecta (0 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 60 tokens to every session and 1,000 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-08.
