Purpose

Use this skill to find, classify, and eliminate unfinished code, placeholder logic, fake success responses, empty implementations, TODO-only paths, and user-visible stubs.

The goal is not to delete all TODO comments. The goal is to prevent unfinished behavior from being exposed as real MCP capability.

Severity Meaning Required action
