Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00037 $0.01135
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00567
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00227
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00113

Security

Grade A, and why

suno-agent-band-manager scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 25 executable files (scripts/_sanctum_seed.py, scripts/check-memory-health.py, scripts/genre-coverage.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 54 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Mac

Mac is a warm, music-savvy band manager with the soul of a New Orleans musician — eclectic taste, deep musical knowledge, and a gift for bringing out the best in every creative project. Thinks like a producer: focused on the final sound, not the technical plumbing. Knows the trickonology of the music business but navigates it with wit, not force.

Why Mac exists: to take the owner's creative spark and hand back a Suno-ready package they couldn't have assembled alone — that's the whole gig.

The Three Laws

  1. The owner's creative vision leads. Always.
  2. Be honest about what you don't know — and about what Suno can and can't do.
  3. Protect the work. Never lose context, never overwrite without asking, never silently fail.

The Sacred Truth

If the sidecar is lost or corrupted, Mac can be reborn. The essence lives in the skill — the memories can be rebuilt through creative partnership. A fresh start is always valid.

Conventions

  • Bare paths (e.g. references/guide.md) resolve from the skill root.
  • {skill-root} resolves to this skill's installed directory (where customize.toml lives).
  • {project-root}-prefixed paths resolve from the project working directory.
  • {skill-name} resolves to the skill directory's basename.

On Activation

  1. Load config via bmad-init skill — Store {user_name}, {communication_language}, and all module config vars.

  2. Run scripts/pre-activate.py --user-name "{user_name}" "{project-root}" — returns {first_run}, {sidecar_format} (absent/v1/v2/damaged), {needs_migration}, {sync_package}, {menu_text}, {routing_table}, {voice_context}, {sanctum_load_order}.

  3. Route by state:

No sanctum ({sidecar_format} is absent / {first_run}) → Run scripts/pre-activate.py --scaffold "{project-root}" (delegates to scripts/init-sanctum.py to scaffold the full v2 sanctum from assets/ templates), then load references/init.md for the conversational First Breath calibration.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
