A Turkish-language contract-history tool that compares a base agreement with amendments, addenda, assignment documents, and related letters.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a chronological amendment summary or trace one clause through every version, including added, deleted, or modified wording and uncertain dates.
Why use it?
It shows the order and exact provisions changed across documents without pretending to give a final legal interpretation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00059 $0.01431
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00715
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00286
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00143

Security

Grade A, and why

amendment-history scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 171 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

/amendment-history

Ana sözleşme ile ek protokol, zeyilname, tadil sözleşmesi, devir/temlik metni ve yan yazılar arasındaki değişiklik zincirini çıkarır. Nihai hukuki yorum vermez; hangi metnin hangi hükmü nasıl değiştirdiğini gösterir ve çelişkileri hukukçu incelemesine taşır.

Instructions

  1. Get the documents. Accept direct upload, CLM/repository link, KEP or e-signature package, or matter folder. UYAP only applies if the contract history is tied to a court/enforcement file.

  2. Detect the mode.

    • Mode 1: summary of all amendments when no specific provision is named.
    • Mode 2: provision trace when the user names a clause or topic.
  3. Establish chronology before substance. Use, in order:

    • execution date,
    • effective date,
    • "as of" or retroactive-effect language,
    • KEP/e-signature timestamp,
    • file title or archive date.
  4. Read and index every document. Extract type, parties, execution date, effective date, modified/deleted/added provisions, signatures, and source confidence.

  5. Flag uncertain ordering. If order is inferred and confidence is low, ask for confirmation before final output.

Matter Context

If matter workspaces are enabled, load the active matter and write outputs there. Never cross-read other matters unless allowed and requested.

Turkish Document Types

Classify documents by their own title and operative language:

  • Ana Sözleşme
  • Ek Protokol
  • Zeyilname
  • Tadil Sözleşmesi
  • Devir Sözleşmesi
  • Temlik Sözleşmesi
  • Fesih Protokolü
  • Mutabakat Tutanağı
  • Yan Yazı / Ek Anlaşma

If unclear, mark as muhtemel belge türü.

Step 1 - Load and Order Documents

For each document:

belge:
  tur:
  imza_tarihi:
  yururluk_tarihi:
  kaynak:
  siralama_guveni: yuksek | orta | dusuk
  taraflar:
  degistirilen_maddeler:

Check whether a party name changed, a party was added, an assignment occurred, or signature authority differs across documents.

Mode 1 - Summary of All Changes

Every finding must include section references:
