claim-chart

claim-chart is a skill for Claude Code from ZekaiSuni/claude-for-legal-turkish. It costs 58 tokens per session (787 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An evidence chart that links each part of a legal claim, defence, or patent claim to supporting proof. It also records missing evidence, uncertainty, and the source for each proposed link.

In plain words
What is it for?
Mapping civil-case elements to evidence, or mapping patent claim elements to an accused product, method, or earlier patent reference. A patent claim is the defined subject matter that the patent seeks to protect.
Why use it?
It shows which parts of an argument are supported and where proof is still missing. This makes gaps easier to investigate before a lawyer or technical expert reaches a final view.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00058 $0.00787
Opus 5 $0.00029 $0.00394
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00157
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00079

Security

Grade A, and why

claim-chart scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Türk hukukuna uyarlanmış unsur tablosu oluşturur. Patent modunda teknik istem unsurları; hukuk modunda dava veya savunma unsurları delillerle eşleştirilir.

Instructions

  1. Load litigation-legal/CLAUDE.md.
  2. Load active matter if available.
  3. Determine mode:
    • --patent: patent istem tablosu.

Bu tablo bir çalışma taslağıdır. Nihai hukuki kanaat, bilirkişi görüşü, teknik görüş veya mahkemeye sunulacak beyan değildir. Avukat ve gerekiyorsa teknik uzman incelemesine tabidir.

Mode 1 - Patent Claim Chart

For each claim element:

  • claim number,
  • element text,
  • accused product / method mapping or prior art mapping,
  • evidence source,
  • missing proof,
  • technical uncertainty,
  • legal note.
| İstem | Unsur | Karşılık / Delil | Güven | Eksik |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [n] | [element] | [source] | high/medium/low | [gap] |

Do not provide final infringement, invalidity, or FTO opinion.

Mode 2 - Civil Litigation Element Chart

Map legal elements to evidence. Common templates:

  • sözleşmeye aykırılık,
  • haksız fiil,
  • sebepsiz zenginleşme,
  • ticari alacak,
  • işçilik alacağı,
  • marka/telif/haksız rekabet,
  • ihtiyati tedbir,
  • ihtiyati haciz.

For each element:

| Unsur | Dayanak | Delil | İspat durumu | Karşı taraf savunması | Eksik |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| [element] | [law/case] | [source] | güçlü/orta/zayıf | [defense] | [gap] |

If element templates are configured in references/element-templates.md, use them. If not, ask the attorney to confirm elements before relying on the chart.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
