An evidence chart that links each part of a legal claim, defence, or patent claim to supporting proof. It also records missing evidence, uncertainty, and the source for each proposed link.

Mapping civil-case elements to evidence, or mapping patent claim elements to an accused product, method, or earlier patent reference. A patent claim is the defined subject matter that the patent seeks to protect.

It shows which parts of an argument are supported and where proof is still missing. This makes gaps easier to investigate before a lawyer or technical expert reaches a final view.

Determine mode:
