using-sddpro

using-sddpro is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from zekiriabd/SDD-Pro. It costs 82 tokens per session (1,140 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A guide for using the SDDPro software-development workflow, with commands for defining features, writing requirements, building them, testing them, and reviewing code.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan features, check project status, run development and quality stages, and investigate failed builds.
Why use it?
It helps teams follow a consistent process instead of jumping into code without agreed requirements and review steps.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00082 $0.01140
Opus 5 $0.00041 $0.00570
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00228
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00114

Measured 3d ago against content hash 64d4b9c446d3, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

using-sddpro scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill — Using SDDPro

/sdd-help "Y" (FAQ contextuelle)
"Que fait ce projet ?" /sdd-status (tree ASCII)
"Ça plante" / "Mon build échoue" /sdd-help {n} puis query_console_db.py feat-stats --feat {n} --format md
"Je veux refaire ce code" Lire l'US source d'abord, jamais re-coder à l'aveugle
"Audit le code" /sdd-review {n} (two-stage : spec gate → quality batch)

Pipeline canonique à respecter

0 (opt) Discovery (.sdd/templates/{product-brief,prfaq}.template.md)
   ↓
1-2 /feat-generate → /us-generate → /feat-validate
   ↓
4 /dev-run (arch+DB → backend → API gate → frontend)
   ↓
5 /qa-generate → /sdd-review (two-stage v7.0.0+)

Conventions load-bearing à ne JAMAIS violer

  1. Source-first : tout dans .md versionnés (FEATs, US, plans, ADRs). Pas de mémoire opaque dans le LLM.

  4. Stack .md = SSoT secrets (⚠️ fichier versionné — placeholders ${VAR} uniquement) : DB_PASSWORD, JWT secrets, etc. Code lit via IConfiguration / @Value / Settings(). Jamais process.env direct (sinon [SEC_ENV_VAR_FORBIDDEN]).

  5. Anti-derive : refuser scope hors US, lib hors §2.4 du stack, refactor non demandé. STOP + ERROR avec préfixe [CLASS] (cf. @.sdd/rules/error-classification.md).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
