Review a proposed or executed marital settlement agreement, parenting agreement, support agreement, custody stipulation, or related settlement draft across every family-law issue area at once — custody and parenting, child support, spousal support, property and debt, tax and benefits, safety, enforceability and formality, and internal consistency — and produce a key-terms table, an issue list, an ambiguity list, and a missing-provisions list, so a qualified, licensed attorney has an organized review. This skill identifies and organizes what the document says; it concludes nothing on fairness, enforceability, adequacy, or tax consequences. It draws on the shared skills/family-law/references/issue-catalog.md to surface the recurring patterns in each issue area as questions for counsel. Where a custody or parenting order is the whole subject and the review is about that order's clarity and administrability rather than a multi-issue settlement, use custody-order-review-checklist instead.

- A marital settlement, parenting, support, or custody-stipulation agreement or draft needs an organized, cross-issue review for an attorney.
