What is create-course?

A skill for creating a technical course or series of lessons in the tech-tutorials repository. It generates a plan and lesson structure following the project’s Russian-language Java and Spring format.

Use it when starting a Java or Spring course, planning lessons, or generating the required plan.md and README files.

It gives a new course a structure that matches the repository’s existing conventions.
