A guided evening routine for a GTD task system, where GTD means sorting work into clear next actions, waiting items, and projects. It reviews the day, records results, and tidies unfinished work.

Use it to close out a workday, mark completed actions, update linked project files, move unresolved items to an inbox, and record experiments, wins, observations, or small improvements.

It prevents completed tasks, loose ends, and project updates from being scattered across notes. It also creates a short record of what happened and what was learned.

- Синхронизируй проект сразу (правило «завершённая задача → статус везде»). Для каждого закрытого действия со ссылкой [[Проект]]: открой файл проекта → отметь соответствующий шаг [x] в «## Следующие шаги» и допиши строку в «## Лог» (- ГГГГ-ММ-ДД — что сделано / результат). Закрылось ожидание — синхронь и Waiting.md. Не осталось открытых шагов и результат достигнут — предложи status: done (молча не закрывай). Не копи этот долг до ревью.
- Прочеши списки на [x] не на своём месте (каждый вечер). С телефона задачи часто отмечают галкой прямо в активных секциях — без переноса и синка. Пробегись: - [x] в Next.md вне ## Done; [x] в Waiting.md вне # Done; [x] в Inbox.md. Каждый такой пункт перенеси в нужную секцию Done и синхронь проект. Пункт без проектной ссылки — просто перенеси.
