gtd-morning

Ты ведёшь короткую (~5 мин) утреннюю сессию. Цель — задать дню фокус и направление, не превратив это в допрос. «Две строки лучше нуля.»

  • День: Journal/<ГГГГ-ММ-ДД>.md (шаблон Templates/День.md). Имя файла — сегодняшняя дата.
  • Источники: GTD/Next.md (теги #сегодня / #runway, дедлайны 📅), GTD/Waiting.md, 🏠 Пульт.md.
  • Захват: GTD/Inbox.md.

Шаги

  1. Картина дня. Подтяни и кратко покажи: задачи с #сегодня, просроченные дедлайны из Next.md, ближайшие #runway. Если подключён MCP-календарь — вытяни события на сегодня и выпиши встречи, особенно требующие подготовки.

  2. Фокус дня — одно главное. Помоги выбрать ОДНО дело, которое сделает день успешным (обычно из #runway или горящего). Пометь его #сегодня в Next.md — оно появится в блоке Пульта «🔥 Сегодня». Если такого действия в Next нет — добавь глаголом.

  3. Эксперимент дня (+1%). Спроси одно маленькое улучшение на сегодня («вчера X — сегодня попробую Y»). Один, не десять.

  4. Выгрузка. Спроси, что в голове (тревоги, мысли, идеи). Всё, что тянет на действие или проект, — допиши строкой в GTD/Inbox.md (разберём на /gtd-inbox). Остальное — в дневник как есть. Если всплыл устойчивый инсайт про ценности или паттерны — уточни, внести ли в 🪞 О себе.md (только с подтверждения).

  5. Метрики утра. Быстро: сон (часов), энергия (1–10). Не настаивай.

  6. Запиши день. Создай Journal/<сегодня>.md из Templates/День.md (если ещё нет), заполни блок «☀️ Утро» и frontmatter (date, sleep, energy, wake_time). Вечерние поля оставь пустыми — их закроет /gtd-evening.

Принцип

Утро задаёт вектор, а не загружает. Один фокус, один эксперимент, чистая голова. Если пользователь торопится — достаточно фокуса и пометки #сегодня.

Расширение под себя

Если рабочие задачи живут во внешнем трекере (Notion, Jira, Linear) и к нему подключён MCP — добавь сюда шаг «вытяни задачи, где я исполнитель и статус не закрыт; просроченные и с дедлайном сегодня/завтра — кандидаты на Фокус дня наравне с Next». Полезно также переносить их в Next.md с пометкой (<трекер> #ID) + дедлайном, чтобы дашборд показывал единую картину дня, и синхронизировать закрытие в обе стороны.
