MathModeling-skills: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/completeness-auditor/SKILL.md

completeness-auditor is a skill for Claude Code from zhnnky329/MathModeling-skills. It costs 40 tokens per session (442 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An evidence audit tool that checks whether the required, up-to-date artifacts exist for the project’s current rigor level.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check manifests, method cards, decisions, risk checks, run summaries, and—when preparing a submission—reviews, explanations, analyses, robustness reports, paper sections, and quality audits.
Why use it?
It finds missing or outdated evidence without requiring every tool to create a separate report or follow an arbitrary checklist.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00040 $0.00442
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.00221
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00088
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00044

Security

Grade A, and why

completeness-auditor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Purpose

Check deliverable evidence, not whether every invoked skill left a ceremonial report.

Lean Checks

Per active Qx, require as applicable:

  • manifest;
  • method card;
  • human decision ledger;
  • risk-probe summary;
  • latest run summary.

Lean completeness does not require final reports, freeze, paper, or G6 artifacts.

Submission Checks

Per Qx require:

  • final method explanation;
  • current language review JSON with all required named checks passing;
  • final result analysis;
  • robustness report;
  • solution package;
  • current frozen numbers;
  • paper section and referenced figures.

Globally require symbol table, assumptions, references, consistency audit, completeness audit, and QA report.

Workflow

  1. Read rigor_profile.
  2. Resolve active Qx from manifests or artifacts.
  3. Check required artifacts and semantic fields.
  4. Check staleness only against materially cited evidence.
  5. Accept documented legacy equivalents during migration.
  6. Save paper/audits/completeness_audit.md only in submission/final mode.

Status

  • PRESENT: required evidence exists and is current.
  • MISSING: required evidence absent.
  • INSUFFICIENT: artifact exists but required semantic fields/checks are missing.
  • STALE: cited material evidence changed after approval/review.
  • NOT_APPLICABLE: justified by task/profile.

Rules

  • Do not require ≥5 prose pass items.
  • Do not require a report just because a skill ran.
  • Do not mark a decision stale for unrelated code, formatting, or file changes.
  • Do not treat legacy artifact count as proof of semantic completeness.
  • Do not repair artifacts during audit.

Verification

  • Requirements match the active profile.
  • Every gap names the missing evidence and producer/owner.
  • Staleness links to a material changed source.
  • Final verdict is PASSED only when all submission requirements are satisfied.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
