时间窗口： 向前查找30天。如果没有找到即将发生的会议，向后查找14天（纪要通常在事后起草）。

识别会议后，确认或填写：
- 会议类型： 全体董事会 / [委员会名称]
- 日期和时间
- 地点或平台（线下地址 / 腾讯会议 / 飞书 / 电话会议）
- 召集/通知： 是否已发出适当通知？（是 / 已豁免——豁免通知是常见附件）
第2步：出席
询问出席名单，或如连接器已授权则从日历邀请中拉取。
出席董事：

- 确认法定人数已达到。如未达到：在起草前停止并标记。不要产出暗示进行了有效会议的纪要。向外聘律师提出问题——补救路径（追认、重新召开会议、书面决议或其他）取决于注册地和行为的性质。
第3步：材料
索要会议材料。这些是议程项目和任何决议的来源。
