目的
学生在文件初稿上花费大量时间，但教育价值在于分析和策略，而非格式化和写"尊敬的法官"。本技能从案件笔记和实践领域模板生成初稿，让学生的时间用于思考。
每份草稿明确是起手点。 不是最终工作成果。学生分析、修改，指导老师审查，然后才能发出。

教学检查
读取该实践领域的指导老师指南，路径为 ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/legal-clinic/guides/<实践领域>.md。检查 pedagogy_posture 设置：
