工作流
步骤1：管辖地
此人将在哪里工作？不是公司总部所在地——是他们实际工作地。
如果远程：其家庭所在省/直辖市/国家管辖。如果混合办公：通常是其家庭所在地，但检查录用通知书中的适用法律条款（可能有效也可能无效）。
检查 ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/employment-legal/CLAUDE.md 中该省/直辖市/国家的管辖地表。如果不在表中——新管辖地——标记："在[管辖地]的首次录用。管辖地表未覆盖此项。录用通知发出前需要研究。"
步骤2：工时制度分类
标准工时制、综合计算工时制还是不定时工作制？录用通知应明确工时制度，且岗位性质应支持该分类。

分类前先研究。 确定适用工时制度的标准和程序。不定时工作制和综合计算工时制的适用有严格的岗位范围和审批要求（《关于企业实行不定时工作制和综合计算工时工作制的审批办法》劳部发〔1994〕503号

步骤3：竞业限制与保密
如果录用通知包含竞业限制、客户不得招揽、员工不得招揽或保密/知识产权归属条款：
建议前先研究可执行性。 对于员工的管辖地，确定录用通知中每条限制性条款的现行操作规则。竞业限制的可执行性在中国法下受《劳动合同法》第23-24条严格约束
