What is planning-with-files?

A file-based planning method for complex, multi-step work. It creates files named taskplan.md, findings.md, and progress.md to record the plan, discoveries, and status.

Use it to break down projects, plan research, track progress, and manage work that requires more than five tool calls.

It keeps research or project work organized and makes it easier to recover your place after a session is cleared.
