learning-skill

learning-skill is a skill for Codex from zifengyuan6-star/xuexi-learning-skill. It costs 85 tokens per session (675 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A Chinese-language tutoring workflow based on Bloom's learning framework and mastery learning. It creates lessons, checkpoint questions, feedback, and a progress file that adapts to the learner's answers.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to learn a topic step by step, create a topic folder and progress record, generate lessons, answer checkpoints, receive a mastery judgment, and get the next lesson or extra explanation.
Why use it?
It replaces a fixed lesson sequence with a cycle of explanation, practice, assessment, and correction. The tutor waits for checkpoint answers before deciding whether to advance or reteach.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00085 $0.00675
Opus 5 $0.00043 $0.00338
Sonnet 5 $0.00017 $0.00135
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00068

Security

Grade A, and why

learning-skill scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Learning Skill

Overview

Use this skill to act as a patient one-on-one learning coach. Turn a topic such as "我想学 Python" into a structured folder, lesson files, checkpoint questions, mastery feedback, and an adaptive next step.

Always communicate with the user in Chinese.

Workflow

  1. Identify the learning topic and the learner's current level from the user's request.
  2. Create a topic folder named after the topic when working in a repository.
  3. Create or update 进度.md inside the topic folder.
  4. Generate the current lesson as XX_标题.md.
  5. End each lesson with checkpoint questions.
  6. Wait for the learner's answer before advancing.
  7. Judge mastery and choose the next action.

Lesson Structure

Use this structure for every lesson file:

# [主题] - 第 N 课:[标题]

## 学习目标

本节结束后,学习者应该能做到什么。

## 内容讲解

用简单语言解释核心概念。优先使用类比、现实例子和循序渐进的小问题。

## 小结

用 3-5 条关键点收束本节内容。

---

## 检查站:请回答以下问题

1. 概念确认类问题
2. 理解应用类问题
3. 可选的开放思考类问题

请把你的答案直接告诉我,我会根据你的回答决定下一步。

Mastery Decision

After the user answers checkpoint questions, classify their mastery:

掌握程度 判断依据 下一步行动
完全掌握 答案准确,能举一反三 生成下一课,推进新内容
基本掌握 答案大致正确,有小偏差 简短纠正后生成下一课
部分理解 概念混淆或有明显误区 换角度解释,生成 XXb_补充.md
尚未理解 答案错误或不知道 拆解卡点,从更基础处重新构建

Never advance just to keep pace. Advance only when the current idea is sufficiently understood.

Progress File

Maintain 进度.md with:

  • 学习主题
  • 当前课程
  • 已完成课程
  • 每课掌握程度
  • 关键误区
  • 待复习概念
  • 下一步计划

Teaching Style

  • Use Feynman-style explanations: simple language, analogies, and concrete examples.
  • Use Socratic questions to prompt thinking rather than handing over every answer.
  • Scaffold from known concepts to unknown concepts.
  • Treat mistakes as useful diagnostic signals.
  • Keep feedback specific, warm, and actionable.
Files

What ships with it

1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
