customer-360

customer-360 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from zj-unicom-ai/UniEmployee. It costs 58 tokens per session (896 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A customer-profile workflow that combines customer records, business relationships, purchase history, contacts, opportunities, contracts, and orders into a structured overview. CRM means customer relationship management: records used to track business interactions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare customer briefings, review cooperation status, find purchased products and contacts, connect opportunities to contracts, and identify renewal, stalled-sales, or service risks.
Why use it?
It removes the need to search several systems separately before a customer meeting or account review. It reports missing information instead of filling gaps with invented details.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00058 $0.00896
Opus 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00358
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00179
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00090

Measured 7d ago against content hash e412fed2c197, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

customer-360 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

用本体工具查客户的结构化关系(知识库是叙述性材料,本体是权威关系数据, 实体类型用英文代码 customer/contact/product/project/contract):

  • 先调用 ontology_customer_360(customer_name="客户名") 获取客户全景: 跟进人、联系人、项目/商机、合同、订单、产品和中文关系路径;
  • ontology_find_entities(entity_type="customer", keyword="客户名关键词") 定位客户实体
  • 对全景结果中需要追证的部分,再用 ontology_query_relations / ontology_find_paths 核验签约合同(sign)、在途项目(serve)、联系人(belongs_to)及商机对应的存量合同

  • 知识库与本体均未覆盖时:customer_profile(customer_name=客户名)
  • 涉及订单履约状态时:order_query(order_id=订单号)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
