What is brainstorming-sdd-bridge?

An adapter that converts an approved brainstorming document into the standard set of documents used by a software-development workflow. It prepares specifications, design notes, data models, interface contracts, checklists, and related project records.

Use it after expert brainstorming and before task planning. It reads the approved design and creates the project’s standard specification, design, research, data, contract, checklist, metrics, and workflow-state files.

It lets an exploratory design become usable by later planning, implementation, review, and testing steps. This avoids rewriting the same decisions into each workflow document.

design.md is retained as a downstream interface file even though the design workflow stage is skipped.
