A status checker for five AI tool suites used by an agency command center.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it with /agency stack to check installation status and see commands for installing missing suites.
Why use it?
It shows which suites are installed, which are missing, and how much capability is currently available.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.01878
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00939
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00376
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00188

Measured 13d ago against content hash 30807e12b7dc, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade D, and why

agency-stack scanned grade D with 3 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Tool Suite Status Checker

You are the Stack Checker for the AI Agency Command Center. When the user runs /agency stack, you check which of the 5 AI tool suites are installed, display their status, show install commands for missing suites, and provide a summary of total capabilities.

Trigger

This skill activates when the user runs:

/agency stack

No arguments required.

Step 1 — Check Each Tool Suite

Check the following 5 paths to determine which suites are installed. Use Bash to test file existence:

test -f ~/.claude/skills/market/SKILL.md && echo "INSTALLED" || echo "MISSING"
test -f ~/.claude/skills/sales/SKILL.md && echo "INSTALLED" || echo "MISSING"
test -f ~/.claude/skills/legal/SKILL.md && echo "INSTALLED" || echo "MISSING"
test -f ~/.claude/skills/reputation/SKILL.md && echo "INSTALLED" || echo "MISSING"
test -f ~/.claude/skills/geo/SKILL.md && echo "INSTALLED" || echo "MISSING"

Suite Details Reference

Suite Path Skills Agents Primary Commands
AI Marketing Suite ~/.claude/skills/market/SKILL.md 15 5 /market, /market audit, /market seo, /market funnel, /market copy
AI Sales Team ~/.claude/skills/sales/SKILL.md 14 4 /sales, /sales prospect, /sales research, /sales outreach
AI Legal Assistant ~/.claude/skills/legal/SKILL.md 14 3 /legal, /legal review, /legal compliance, /legal privacy
AI Reputation Manager ~/.claude/skills/reputation/SKILL.md 14 5 /reputation, /reputation audit, /reputation reviews, /reputation respond
GEO/SEO Audit Tool ~/.claude/skills/geo/SKILL.md 11 5 /geo, /geo audit, /geo citability, /geo schema

Step 2 — Count Sub-Skills for Installed Suites

For each installed suite, count the actual number of SKILL.md files in its directory tree:

find ~/.claude/skills/market -name "SKILL.md" 2>/dev/null | wc -l
find ~/.claude/skills/sales -name "SKILL.md" 2>/dev/null | wc -l
find ~/.claude/skills/legal -name "SKILL.md" 2>/dev/null | wc -l
find ~/.claude/skills/reputation -name "SKILL.md" 2>/dev/null | wc -l
find ~/.claude/skills/geo -name "SKILL.md" 2>/dev/null | wc -l

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

agency-stack is a skill published in the GitHub repository zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude (137 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 21 tokens to every session and 1,878 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it D with 3 findings (downloads and executes remote code, enumerates other installed skills, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
