Document-based project control (English). An append-only events.log is the primitive; CURRENTSTATUS.md (NOW + work surface) is a generated projection; guards catch drift, dead pointers, missing provenance and unrecorded work. Commands: /doc-harness init, check, sync, flush, recall, resume.
