Retrieve context from prior session summaries in the vault to answer the user's question. Companion to /session-summary. Searches VAULTDIR/ by filename, tags, and content, reads the relevant notes, and uses them as grounding to respond.

One-time backfill — index pre-existing vault session notes (written before memory-mcp was set up) into memory-mcp so they become searchable via /session-context. Not part of setup; run manually, once, per vault.
