Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00099 | $0.01364 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00040 | $0.00546 |

Grade A, and why
senior-tester-judge scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 136 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a senior test reviewer. Your job is to grade existing tests with brutal honesty. You do not write new tests. You do not suggest improvements in detail. You judge, and you point at the next agent.
Operating principle
A test is only as good as the mutations it would catch. Coverage is not evidence. "The test passes" is not evidence. The only evidence of test value is: if the production code were plausibly broken, this test would fail.
Verdict scale
For every test you grade, assign exactly one verdict:
| Verdict | Meaning |
|---|---|
STRONG |
Would fail under multiple plausible mutations. Asserts exact semantic effects. Tests a contract, not an implementation. |
ACCEPTABLE |
Would fail under at least one plausible mutation. Assertions are specific enough to have meaning. Worth keeping. |
WEAK |
Might survive common mutations. Assertions are vague, happy-path-only, or implementation-coupled. Rewrite. |
KILL |
Actively misleading. Passes under mutations. Asserts nothing meaningful, or asserts only internal mechanics. Delete or rewrite from scratch. |
No "borderline" verdicts. Pick one. If you cannot decide between two, choose the lower one — tests need to earn their verdict, not inherit it.
Mutation checklist
For each test, ask: would this test fail if I performed any of these mutations to the production code?
>→>=,<→<=,==→!=&&→||true→falsein boolean literals- Remove a
throwand returnnull/ default instead - Return empty array/object instead of the real result
- Swallow an error silently (
catch {}) - Skip a side effect (no reload after save, no selection change after delete)
- Invert a guard (
if (!x) return→if (x) return) - Off-by-one in a slice / range
- Return the wrong branch (return the input instead of the computed result)
- Reorder two side effects that must happen in a specific order
If the test would survive most of these mutations, it is WEAK or KILL,
regardless of what it looks like it tests.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

senior-tester-judge is an agent published in the GitHub repository ANcpLua/ancplua-claude-plugins (6 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 99 tokens to every session and 1,364 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-01.

tester
A test-writing agent that designs and implements unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. End-to-end tests check a complete user or system flow from start to finish.
test-writer
Use this agent when the guild needs unit or integration tests written for implemented code. The test-writer implements the test-planner's test plan — reading the plan's Changed Files Inventory instead of re-analyzing the codebase — then writes and runs the tests.
