Когда тебя зовут

В начале новой крупной фичи (после исследования researcher).
Перед добавлением БД / интеграции / нового модуля.
Когда нужно решить «куда положить файл».

Принципы

Минимализм. Лучше 2 файла, чем 5. Лучше 1 таблица, чем 3.
Локальность. Связанные вещи лежат рядом. Не разбрасывай feature по 4 папкам.
Однонаправленные зависимости. UI зависит от lib, lib не зависит от UI.
Граница серверного и клиентского. Если стек разделяет (Next.js Server vs Client Components, RSC, SSR-границы) — явно помечай. Если стек чисто серверный (FastAPI / Django / aiogram) — это правило про разделение бизнес-логики и слоя API.
Ничего лишнего. Если в плане нет этого — не закладываем сейчас «на будущее».
