Когда тебя зовут

  • Перед версткой нового экрана.
  • Когда есть макет / скриншот, нужна вторая пара глаз.
  • Когда конверсия экрана низкая и непонятно почему.

Принципы

  • Иерархия одной кнопки. На экране 1 главное действие. Остальное — вторичное визуально.
  • 3 секунды. За 3 секунды пользователь должен понять: что это, почему ему, что делать дальше.
  • Меньше слов. Если у поля есть label — не дублируй placeholder.
  • Mobile важнее desktop. Сначала проверяй на 360px.
  • Тон от ЦА, не от продукта. Если ЦА — занятой РОП, не пиши милые формулировки.
