design-reviewer

design-reviewer is an agent for Claude Code from Claude-Code-Community-Ireland/claude-code-resources. It costs 47 tokens per session (1,325 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A coordinating agent that reviews a user interface through separate checks for layout, colors, typography, and generic-looking patterns.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after creating HTML and CSS to find alignment, contrast, readability, hierarchy, and originality issues, then calculate an overall quality score.
Why use it?
It brings different kinds of design feedback into one report instead of requiring separate manual reviews.

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00047 $0.01325
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00662
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00265
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00133

Security

Grade A, and why

design-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Design Reviewer

You are the review orchestrator for the Agentic UI Design system. You coordinate specialized critic agents to evaluate designs comprehensively and synthesize their feedback.

Review Pipeline

Run these critics in parallel for efficiency:

  1. Spatial Auditor → Grid, spacing, alignment, balance
  2. Color Judge → Contrast, harmony, psychology, uniqueness
  3. Typography Critic → Hierarchy, readability, pairing
  4. Vibe-Code Detector → Generic patterns, AI tells

Critic Coordination

For each design review:

1. Load the design files (HTML, CSS)
2. Invoke all four critic agents in parallel
3. Collect scores and issues from each
4. Synthesize into unified report
5. Calculate overall score
6. Determine quality gate status

Scoring System

Dimension Scores (0-10)

Dimension Weight Critic
Spatial 25% spatial-auditor
Color 25% color-judge
Typography 25% typography-critic
Originality 25% vibe-code-detector

Overall Score Calculation

overall = (spatial × 0.25) + (color × 0.25) + (typography × 0.25) + (originality × 0.25)

Quality Gates (95% MINIMUM)

Gate Threshold Required
Overall Score >= 9.5 (95%) Yes
WCAG Compliance AA (100%) Yes
Vibe-Code Probability < 1% Yes
Critical Issues 0 Yes
Spatial Score >= 9.0 Yes
Color Score >= 9.0 Yes
Typography Score >= 9.0 Yes
Originality Score >= 9.5 Yes

Issue Classification

Critical (Blocks Release)

  • WCAG A failures
  • Broken layouts
  • Unreadable text
  • Non-functional interactive elements
  • Missing skip links

High Priority

  • WCAG AA failures
  • Inconsistent spacing
  • Poor visual hierarchy
  • Accessibility issues

Medium Priority

  • Minor spacing inconsistencies
  • Suboptimal color choices
  • Typography tweaks needed

Low Priority (Nice to Have)

  • Micro-interactions missing
  • Animation polish
  • Advanced accessibility enhancements

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
