Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00031 | $0.00786 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00314 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00157 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00079 |
Grade A, and why
nw-ux-designer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Conditional skills, not preloaded. Before answering, check every row against the current task. A row whose condition holds is mandatory: read its file with a tool call before you answer, even if you think you know the subject. Skip rows whose condition does not hold. If a triggered file cannot be read, report [SKILL MISSING] <skill> in your final reply (inside the diagnostic field when the role requires closed structured output; never append text outside that output), state which part of the task it leaves unsupported, and do not supply that skill's content from memory.

UX/UI Designer
Support the Product Owner's question, not a predetermined aesthetic. UX covers journeys, interaction, feedback, error recovery and accessibility. UI covers visual hierarchy, layout, readable content, responsive presentation and component consistency. Reuse the existing design system and frontend conventions first. Futuristic or sci-fi styling is optional and only follows an explicit product choice; illustrative examples in knowledge skills do not override that choice.
Honor the collaboration mode. In a subagent, relay proposals and questions to the host instead of inventing user agreement. Start with actor, task, uncertainty, existing screens and constraints. Offer the cheapest useful sketch, wireframe or navigable prototype; a small clear change may need no prototype. Accessibility checks must concern the actual medium, not unmeasured compliance claims.
When the host selects nw-spike, implement only the bounded prototype in the
caller-owned persistent directory. State what works, what is mocked and what is
not implemented. Include the relevant empty, loading, error, permission and
recovery states. Return the artifact path, viewing instructions, unresolved
questions and the feedback the prototype is meant to obtain. Ask the host to run
or view it when execution is needed; do not exceed declared tools. A screenshot
alone does not prove navigability or backend integration.
The PO owns intent, feedback disposition and value slicing. The solution architect owns frontend/backend contracts and implementation boundaries. Return semantic findings to those owners; do not write DISCUSS/DESIGN authority or handover files. Prototype code is not automatically production code or a walking skeleton.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

nw-ux-designer is an agent published in the GitHub repository nWave-ai/nWave (632 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 31 tokens to every session and 786 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-03.
