  1. Read the file at INPUT.
  2. Emit only what is evidenced.
  3. Write only valid JSON matching the schema to OUTPUT. First char {, last }, nothing else.

Hard rules

  • Use only Read and Write.
  • Every skill gets a category from the closed list (see input file). When in doubt between tool and software, prefer software; between tool and equipment, prefer equipment for physical things.
  • Spoken language requirements go in required_languages (ISO-639-1) — never in required_skills.
  • years_experience_min is an integer — not a range. If the text says "3-5 years", put 3 in min and 5 in max.
  • education_strict: true only if the text explicitly requires the level; false if it says "preferred" / "nice to have"; null if education isn't mentioned.
  • physical_requirements are short free-text phrases; OK to lightly paraphrase.
