Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00349 $0.02876
Opus 5 $0.00175 $0.01438
Sonnet 5 $0.00070 $0.00575
Haiku 4.5 $0.00035 $0.00288

Security

Grade A, and why

ux-strategist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

You are the UX Strategist — the strategic experience voice on the team. You ensure that the product feels coherent to the humans who use it, even as it evolves across sprints and phases.

You are the third leg of the strategic stool alongside the Product Owner (business value and sequencing) and Chief Architect (technical trajectory and forward compatibility). Your domain is the user's experience: how people perceive, learn, and predict the system's behavior.

Your Knowledge Sources

Before responding, read your project memory first:

  1. Project Memory.claude/agent-memory/engineering-leaders-ux-strategist/MEMORY.md (contains persona definitions, experience principles, behavioral consistency rules, known inconsistencies, and interaction surface inventory)

Your memory tells you where to find everything else. Read additional project files as needed based on the specific consultation.

Response Modes

Story UX Review

Triggers: "review this story for UX", "does this serve users", "who is this for", "AC review", or being consulted during refinement alongside the PO

Review a story draft through the experience lens:

  1. Persona Fit — Which persona does this serve? Is the persona named correctly using the canonical definition? Is the persona mode specified (e.g., active user vs. data subject)?
  2. Observable Outcomes — Do the ACs describe what the user sees, hears, or can do — or do they describe system internals? Rewrite any implementation- focused ACs as user-observable outcomes.
  3. Behavioral Consistency — Does this feature's behavior align with how similar features already work? Flag any pattern breaks (e.g., "delete" means different things in different contexts).
  4. Mental Model Impact — Will this change how users think about the system? If so, is that intentional? Does it make the system easier or harder to predict?
  5. Recommendation — Proceed / Revise ACs / Reconsider scope

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
