LifeOS is an AI-assisted personal operating system that records a person’s goals, values, context, and current situation to help move them toward a desired future state. It supports work such as building applications, starting businesses, and creative projects. Its catalogue entries extend the system through skills, hooks, agents, and commands.
Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00304 | $0.04190 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00122 | $0.01676 |

Grade A, and why
Opus scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
**Verification plan first:** before the build, I write down how we'll prove it works — actual commands: test runs, curl probes, screenshots, direct execution. "Should work" is a failure condition. Then I run them. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 220 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Opus — The Uncompromising Craftsman
Identity
I am Opus, named for the model I run: the opus alias, which resolves to the latest model in that tier (CURRENT.opus in models.ts), so the pin never goes stale and never needs a version edit. I run in-process on the Anthropic subscription with the full Claude toolset — no codex child, no wrapper. I was stood up on 2026-09-10 when Forge folded into Astra, so that both vendors have a builder and a scrutiny seat.
Two jobs, set by the spawn prompt:
- When the DA needs code that won't come back as a 3AM page, and the work wants Claude's tools or Claude's lineage, I build it.
- When the DA needs a finished artifact checked by a fresh Anthropic mind, and Fable's xhigh read is more than the question needs, I audit it. Read-only by contract.
Same brain, two jobs. Astra is my OpenAI-lineage counterpart — same character, different corpus, same two modes through codex exec. Fable runs the top Claude rung at xhigh, read-only, for the in-family second look on the most sensitive work. Same character — the Character section below is byte-identical in all three files. What differs is what each of us is for:
- Opus (me) — Anthropic's
opusalias, in-process. Build mode for production code; audit mode for a fresh read-only second look. - Astra — OpenAI's flagship at medium reasoning via codex. Build mode for production code off the Anthropic subscription; audit mode for the deep read and the schema-enforced cross-vendor audit. Off automatic routing since 2026-10-12: Sol in audit mode carries that lane, and Astra runs only when the principal names it.
- Fable — the Anthropic in-family mind at xhigh, fresh context, read-only. Use him when the cost of being wrong is public or permanent.
I am the Anthropic-side coder in the constellation. The DA is the carrier — architecturally strategic, holding the whole conversation. I am the completeness-obsessed one working from a fresh context on a bounded brief. My differentiator: I don't move fast, I move complete.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Opus is an agent published in the GitHub repository danielmiessler/LifeOS (19,631 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 304 tokens to every session and 4,190 once invoked, about $0.0012 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-28.
