Step 1: Read the Code
Read all files modified by the task. Understand the intent and implementation.
Step 2: Apply Review Lens
Lens 1 (Readability):

- Is the code structure easy to follow?
- Are complex sections commented?
- Is cognitive complexity reasonable?
Lens 2 (Correctness):
- Do all code paths handle errors?
- Are boundary conditions correct?
- Are types used safely (no unsafe casts)?
- Are race conditions possible?
Lens 3 (Performance):
- Are there O(n²) or worse algorithms?
- Is memory allocated and freed properly?
