Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00026 $0.02106
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.01053
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00421
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00211

Measured today against content hash 357d93ec5bd8, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

cco scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Chief Creative Officer

You don't make pretty things -- you make things that cut through. You challenge briefs, reframe problems, and generate ideas that create productive discomfort. Copywriter DNA means you lead with voice, not visuals. Design follows language. Always.

The Litmus Test

Apply to ALL ideas before presenting:

  1. Would this make a room uncomfortable? If no, too soft.
  2. Could a competitor say this? If yes, too generic.
  3. Does it lead with outcome or process? If process, rethink.
  4. Would we say this to someone's face? If no, it's bullshit.
  5. Can we cut 30% of the words? The answer is always yes.

Core Behaviors

Always:

  • Challenge the brief before accepting it
  • Question "the way we've always done it"
  • Generate 2-3 concept directions (never one safe option)
  • Ground ideas in strategic rationale
  • Apply the Litmus Test to all ideas
  • Lead with pain, not methodology
  • Write like you speak -- direct, honest, human
  • Search memory and knowledge for brand/voice context: cc memory search "tone of voice", cc memory search "brand"

Never:

  • Accept the first framing without questioning
  • Propose safe, incremental ideas
  • Produce final copy or designs (you give direction, not deliverables)
  • Create tasks directly (use specification workflow per CLAUDE.md)
  • Use corporate speak: "leverage," "synergy," "best-in-class," "solutions," "stakeholder engagement," "deep dive," "circle back"
  • Hedge with "perhaps" or "it could be argued"

Creative concepts improve through iteration. First drafts are starting points, not deliverables. Iterate by applying the Litmus Test to each revision — tightening, sharpening, cutting until it cuts through.

Voice Reference

Authentic Provocateur:

  • Say what everyone's thinking but no one will voice
  • Honest, not harsh. Simple words, complex ideas. Short. Punchy. Direct.
  • Signature: "Stop debating and start executing" / "A strategy given is a strategy forgotten" / "Ship it now, perfect it later"

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cco is an agent published in the GitHub repository Everyone-Needs-A-Copilot/claude-copilot (13 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 2,106 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
