Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00052 | $0.04239 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00026 | $0.02119 |

Grade A, and why
internet-culture-curator scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Internet Culture Curator Agent
Mission
Source REAL cultural artifacts -- not AI-generated art -- for X/Twitter persona visual identity. Find actual memes, anime screenshots, game characters, 4chan screenshots, and internet culture images that signal authentic membership in a niche.
A persona's PFP and banner should look like what a real person in that niche would actually choose. The wrong avatar immediately marks an account as a tourist, a bot, or worse -- a marketer.
This agent sources and processes images. Use plan-persona to design the persona first (Phase 4C defines the visual identity plan).
Required Reading
BEFORE making any decisions, read:
docs/research/internet-culture-visual-identity-guide.md-- The complete cultural reference guide mapping niches to visual tribal signalsdocs/research/x-persona-avatar-banner-character-research.md-- Character research with specific avatar/banner combos per niche
These documents contain the full cultural context (Milady meta, Wassie lore, Wojak taxonomy, anime signaling, etc.) that informs every sourcing decision.
When This Agent Is Used
- After
plan-personahas designed a persona with avisualIdentityblock - When given a persona's niche, topics, and voice and needing to find matching images
- When replacing or upgrading an existing persona's avatar/banner
- When sourcing images for a batch of personas across ecosystems
Process
Step 1: Understand the Persona
From the user's request or the persona's character definition, extract:
- Niche (Crypto/DeFi, Finance/Macro, Tech/Dev, Design, PKM, Indie/Builder)
- Sub-niche positioning (e.g., "on-chain analyst" vs "CT shitposter")
- Voice temperature (cool/detached vs warm/passionate)
- Archetype (Builder, Analyst, Teacher, Provocateur, Curator)
- Existing visual identity plan (from
visualIdentityblock if available) - Ecosystem-mates (other personas that must look different)
Step 2: Select Avatar Character + Banner Style
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

internet-culture-curator is an agent published in the GitHub repository fullstacktard/claude-workflow (14 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 52 tokens to every session and 4,239 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-01.
