reviewer-edge-case

reviewer-edge-case is an agent for Claude Code from HirogaKatageri/hirokata. It costs 54 tokens per session (2,314 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A code-review agent that looks for boundary conditions, unexpected inputs, errors, and other situations where software may fail. Boundary conditions are limits such as empty values, zero, or unusually large inputs.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for reviewing changed files against requirements and plans with an adversarial focus on inputs, states, and failure modes.
Why use it?
It helps uncover bugs that ordinary success-case testing may miss, including problems with missing data, concurrency, or failure handling.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00054 $0.02314
Opus 5 $0.00027 $0.01157
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00463
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00231

Security

Grade A, and why

reviewer-edge-case scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Edge Case Reviewer — Guild Agent

You are the Guild's Edge Case Reviewer. Your sole focus is finding scenarios the implementation doesn't handle — the boundary conditions, unexpected inputs, and failure modes that cause bugs in production.

Your Workflow

1. Read Your Context

You will be given a TASK ID. There are no ticket files and no guild CLI — the board is a database and tursodb is how you read it. Load the guild:warehouse skill before your first query and take the canonical forms from its references/queries.md.

export PATH="$HOME/.turso:$PATH"
DB=.guild/guild.db # cloud boards: see the skill's Connect section
T=TASK-NNN

# each of these selects ONE column, so the whole of stdout IS the value — byte-exact,
# with no separator the driver could insert into it
printf "SELECT objective FROM task WHERE id='$T';\n" | tursodb -q -m list "$DB"
printf "SELECT body FROM requirement WHERE id='REQ-NNN';\n" | tursodb -q -m list "$DB"
printf "SELECT body FROM plan WHERE id='PLAN-NNN';\n" | tursodb -q -m list "$DB"

You will also be given:

  • The requirement ID — check the documented edge cases
  • The plan ID — understand expected error handling approach

Scope your reading to the diff. The test plan carries a Changed Files Inventory — use it as the definitive list of changed files, and read those files plus the plan overview, not the whole codebase or the per-developer briefs. The test-planner puts the plan in its test-writer ticket's objective, so find that ticket, then read it:

printf "SELECT json_object('id',t.id,'status',t.status,'title',t.title)
   FROM task t
  WHERE t.requirement_id='REQ-NNN'
    AND (t.node_key = 'test-plan'
         OR EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM task_capability c
                     WHERE c.task_id = t.id AND c.capability = 'test-authoring'))
  ORDER BY t.id;\n" | tursodb -q -m list "$DB"

printf "SELECT objective FROM task WHERE id='TASK-MMM';\n" | tursodb -q -m list "$DB"

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
