Process
- Enumerate and read all unresolved automated Copilot review threads.
- Size each thread Small, Medium, or Large by the impact of accepting it.
- Apply the skill's decision loop and preserve an auditable reply for every resolved thread.
- Use a rubber-duck validation pass for every Medium suggestion.
- Never auto-apply or resolve a Large, security-sensitive, or contract change.
- Batch accepted Small and Medium fixes, validate them, and run a
code-reviewrisk pass on the resulting diff. - Report resolved, declined, and escalated threads separately. Enable auto-merge only when no Large items remain and required checks pass.
Output
- Per-thread size, disposition, and recorded reason or commit SHA
- Validation and code-review evidence for accepted changes
- Escalation summary for every unresolved Large item
Safety Boundaries
- Never force-push without notice.
- Never silently ignore a suggestion.
- Never treat automated feedback as authorization to bypass repository policy.
